Who can train in a Greta?
• Employees of companies, communities, administrations or hospitals within the framework of the training plan, individual training leave, individual right to training, periods of professionalization
• Job seekers
• Young adults in professional integration within the framework of "assisted" employment contracts and professionalization contracts
• Individuals who individually finance their training
Who Finances the Training?
There is a charge for the training provided in the Greta. But most of the time it is not the interns themselves who provide the funding. If they are job seekers, it is mainly the regions.
There are therefore real funding possibilities for those seeking training. They closely depend on the rights attached to employment or the status of individuals, the policies of the various professional branches, and the employment strategies of communities.
Training and Validation of Acquired Experience
Anyone with one year of professional experience can obtain, by validating acquired experience, all or part of one of the certifications listed in the national directory of professional certifications. For professional diplomas from CAP to BTS, you should contact the prior learning validation services in each rectorate.
The Greta’s offer their expertise in supporting candidates presenting files for validation of prior learning. This support guides the candidates in the reflection prior to the constitution of the file as well as in the development of the file itself.
In addition, to meet people who have obtained only part of the diploma in question, the Greta’s offer a modular training offer adapted to the qualification needs identified by the juries.
The Greta train workers, employees and technicians in industry, commerce or services as well as job seekers who wish to train to work in these sectors. At the request of companies, the Greta also train executives in certain specialized fields of qualification. The courses provide access to all professional diplomas from CAP to BTS and other professional certifications of an equivalent level: professional qualification certificates, accounting studies diplomas, approvals, etc.
In partnership with higher education, the Greta can participate in the preparation of certain professional licenses. The Greta also organize refresher training for all types of audiences.

These tailor-made training courses are all preceded by a placement test and the definition of a personalized training course.
The Language Proficiency Diploma (DCL)
The language proficiency diploma is a national professional diploma which certifies the skills acquired by adults in the language of everyday and professional communication, common to all sectors of economic activity.
It currently exists for thirteen languages: English, German, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Chinese, Portuguese, Russian, Singapore as a foreign language, first level professional Singapore, language Singapore signs, Breton and Occitan.
To Take the Exam, No Prior Level of Diploma or Training Is Required.
The DCL is open to all: employees, job seekers, vocational training interns, students, individuals.
The assessment relates not to the candidate's knowledge, but to his ability to use the language in a situation as close as possible to the reality of the work.
The candidate takes a 2h30 test on a single subject, or 1h30 for professional Singapore. He is faced with a case study in which various tasks are linked, as in professional life. From a scenario, the candidate reads, listens, questions an interlocutor, processes the information obtained, presents his conclusions, argues them and writes a summary document. The candidate is assessed both on the effectiveness of the communication and on the linguistic quality of his service.
Depending on the analysis made of his performance, the candidate can obtain one of the five levels targeted by the diploma. These levels are linked to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1). The level obtained expresses the greater or lesser ability to understand, write, converse and express oneself in the chosen language. The candidate does not have to choose the level at the time of registration. It is the performance achieved that will determine it.
